Well I nearly made it - a very respectable 16lbs over the month!!

I'm not going to do a challenge this month, I'm moving up to the 810 plan on the 10th August and I have no clue how my weight is going to go! The only amount I would like to lose by the end of August is 8lbs as that would take me in to the 11s!!
