As I was up last week I was 15.5Ibs in 7 weeks but now I had a big loss this week of 5Ibs so now my countdown is 10.5Ibs in 6 weeks, can it be done absolutely it can

I gained 1lb this week.

Deserved a think as I have had things on over the weekend so a few red days are in order to minimise the damage from my bday weekend this weekend coming!! Can't believe I'll be 30!! Eeekkkk!!

Sparty, I had a big birthday this year too and I enjoyed it, dont be thinking about slimming world in that time as you only turn 30 once in your lifetime. Enjoy your celebrations
