Okay I am new only on day 3 and already the panic has set in.

Wot do people do over Christmas I only have the 4 days off and going to mum in laws. Do you stick to the JUDDD or have a few days off then get back into it?

Reason for the panic my hubby is just under 6ft tall and weighs 9.5 stone fully clothed (all muscle) and my 6 year old daughter is going the same way. They eat and graze all day if they are not eating somethings wrong. Me i'm the total opposite, just looking at the cakes adds pounds. His mum always lays on a spread big enough for 10 people and theres only going to be us 4 there.

Wonder if my dog likes mince pies, christmas cake, yule log .................... lol

HELP !!!!!! :banana dancer:

If I was you I wouldn't worry too much about sticking to plan, just enjoy yourself, don't go too mad (if you can resist lol!) and then just get right back on track when you're home. We're all entitled to a break from our diets, esp over Christmas! As long as we're sensible and don't really stuff ourselves, we'll all be great x
