Hey guys this is my first week at SW. I had previously lost 6 stone on the WW plan but recently put about 2 stone of it back on. I just found it too easy to have anything I wanted as long as I counted it in the points. But for me it just spilled over and before I knew it I wasnt dieting anymore.
Anyways here are my diaries for the week so far, please comment on any areas that you think I may have made a mistake with free foods, syns etc.
