I started SW on Tuesday and I have around 3 stone to lose. I like EE and Green Days, and I thought I'd start a food diary.


Wednesday 28/12/2011
Extra Easy


HEA1:42 grams mozzarella
HEA2:
HEB1: oatsosimple
HEB2:


Breakfast:
oat so simple made with water and cinammon
coffee with evaporated milk (2 syns)

Lunch:
heinz beef ravioli (2½ Syns)

Dinner:
steamed potatoes, quorn chicken fillets and mixed bean chilli (2 syns)

Snacks:
apple
2 mug shots
fat free yogurt
2 slices ham
total % with honey (3 syns)

Drinks
water
black coffee
diet coke

Syns total: 9.5

Breakfast:
ham, 1 dairylea light triangle (1.5 syns) and 2 slice bread (HEB)
coffee with evaporated milk (1.5 syns)

Lunch:
leftover potatoes, quorn chicken fillets and mixed bean chilli (1syn)

Dinner:
steamed carrots, haddock and peas

Snacks:
mug shot
4 slices ham

steamed potatoes and broccoli, steak stew

Banana and Custard mullerlight (1 Syn)
2 free mullerlight yogurts

New year's eve!!!!

Breakfast:
gammon and scrambled eggs with vlf cottage cheese
coffee with evaporated milk (1.5 syns)

Lunch:
quorn sausages and mash

Dinner:
salad with bacon, parmesan, mised leafs and dressing (2syns)

Snacks:
sw quiche
banana
2 muller lights
satsuma
sweetcorn

175ml Glass of prosecco tonight (6.5 syns)

Remember it's only NYE once a year, if u go over with syns just hop straight bk on in the morning and you'll be fine!! X

Thank you! TBH I'm really struggling about this... I know it is NYE once a year, but I only started SW on Tuesday and I worry that my first week will be ruined if I blow it tonight :confused:

I'm trying to work out something special but not too bad synswise for dinner and lunch for tomorrow. Watch this space...
 
Good look chryssa. I am starting back on Monday and have about 3 stone to loose as well. My weigh in day will prob be Tues and I will follow mainly green days during the week and red at the weekend.

Have to get my ass in gear this year as I want to look good for my ten year anniversary in May.

Dont worry about going a little over in syns tonight...Maybe consider having a flexi syn day and then start anew tommorow. Best of luck..

True, it's just one day/night - they way I see it, personally, it will be NYE again next year and if I'm swanning around in a size 10 dress I'll feel better that night than I will tonight blowing it for the sake of a few drinks and some food, which normally it not what I crave/want!!

Out plans r to stay in and get a curry - works out at about 7syns - similar amount to a glass of wine!!

Hope u enjoy whatever u decide to do tonight and tomorrow is not only a new day, it's a new year!! X

Roast turkey breast, mushroom risotto, steamed veg and maybe gravy and homemade sugar free cranberry sauce (syns?)

olives (1 syn)
sweetcorn
mullerlight (1 syn)

Drinks
black coffee
sparkling water

Syns total: 10 plus the cranberry sauce :eek:
