Cider vinegar

I'm thinking of doing a VLCD again as I've put most of the weight back on... again...

I've read that about 3 spoons of cider vinegar a day is really good for arthritis and want to try it but don't know if it'll affect ketosis.

Anyone know?
 
I don't know but I'd like to, I am a big fan of it- if you do find out please can you post here? I'll also try to find out x
 
If you take it before going to bed you will be fine ...don't brush your teeth for about an hour afterwards as it softens enamel...some say to drink it through a straw.
 
Do you put it in a glass of water?
 
2 tablespoons in a 8 oz glass of water, I used a little more water after to rinse my mouth...I took it the other night last week when I was having a gout attack:eek:

It has to be the raw unfiltered apple cinder...I bought Bragg Apple Cider.
 
By the way - Phew, gout! I heard that can be extremely painful, I hope the bout has subsided. x
