I did a thread about hot shakes and a lot of people including CDC's I think, recommended cinnamon sprinkled on top of certain flavours. Yummy!

So cinnamon is fine and I also believe it raises your metabolism too!

So enjoy hopefully this will be confirmed by CDC's shortly.
