I just wondered whether anyone had a syn count for cinder toffee? My mum bought me some today since I loved it in my pre-healthy eating days, but before I rip into it I want to check how much of it I'm allowed!
*Update* According to the packet, 100g of it is 387 calories, so I'm guessing the syn count is pretty high! Might just have one or two little pieces as a treat and count them as a syn each to be on the safe side!
