Another 2lb off. Getting there, lol. I haven't put a foot wrong apart from my weakness, Thornton's diabetic chocolate! I didn't have much, but enough for the 'volcano tummy', lol. a few months ago I had some of the toffee (which I don't like). I had kept it in the fridge. It took an old filling & half a back tooth with it It cost me £120 & that was with insurance! Serves me right.....

OMG that is dangerous stuff!

Why not try making some chocolate bark with coconut oil? Very yummy, no nasties in it and it'll leave your teeth in your mouth
