citric acid is everywhere.. aaagghhhhhh!!

I just looked at the ingredients of my Nivea moisturiser and it contains citric acid!!!!

Ohhh noooooo!!!!! LOL

sooooory if i am being an idiot, but its this ok to use?? Dose it get absorbed into my belly?!!! I put it on my face and i think it went on my lips andi licked them!

I was horrified when i saw 'citric acid' on the back of the bottle - I threw it in shock as if a spider crawled on it!! hahahahhaahaha

I am sure your fine to use it on your skin

Never heard anyone coming out of ketosis from their skin products.

I am sure the amount is very negligible.

I'm doing ok, thanks Mini ... Really getting used to the 'shake' way of life now. After my first week from hell! Feeling all better now, like normal.

Looking forward to the weather getting warmer where I will feel comfortable in less clothes
