I watched it, and have to agree it was interesting. But I'm fairly sure she was told to stick her belly out as often as possible. Those last shots of her, before and after, she wasn't even standing up straight in the after shot...
I think it was the whole feeling that being a size 14 was somehow HUGE that bothered me most though. I'd love to be a size 14 again. For heaven's sake, it's not that big. The vast majority of women in this country are a size 16+ aren't they?
But overall, I would have to agree that the whole thing was a pretty pointless exercise. I'm really not too sure what they were trying to prove.
