Weighed today and I'm 15.12, target for next weigh in is 1510 then 1508 before the end of September :)

Was naughty over the weekend but still managed to lose :) I'm now 1510, will weigh again on Sunday. Still long way to go.

Been so good this week but what is it about me craving naughty naughty foods on Friday :( gonna have an early night I think. Cant wait to see the scales on Sunday. Hopefully still on track to get to my 15stone target before 10th October before I start the exercise DVD 30 day shred. Would like to be 14.7 by end of October :)
