claire's food diary

Well I gave started today and weighed in at 10st3lb. Target weight is 9st 7lbs. To keep me in check I am going to do a food diary. Here we go
 
Breakfast * 2 x weetabix with water and 1 banana. Heb

Snack * apple

lunch * homemade veg soup with smoked salmon.

Macdonalds double cheese burger (felt soo bad after) 22 syns

Chicken egg fried rice. (Cauliflower rice)

Cadbury options hotcoc. 2 syns

250ml semi skimmed milk hea.

Syn total 24.:( Will pull that back during the week.
