I will be weighing myself every Sunday.
Tomorrow will be weigh-in #1 and Im hoping that Ive lost a decent ammount....the 1st week on a diet is always the best one for me!
My starting weight is 300lbs or 21st 6lbs
Clothes size-24.

Weight- 290lbs
So I have lost 10lbs this week :D Im very happy bout that,good start I think!

Week 3

I haven't lost anything this week :(
But this is after xmas and boxing day so Im glad that at least I haven't put any weight on as I did eat some 'naughty foods!'

Anyway now xmas is over I am back on track and am hoping for a decent loss next weigh in :)
 
I didn't weigh in this week as I know I have been pretty bad, it was my birthday and then christmas so just enjoyed it.

I am back on track today too, just having my first shake and will be doing some exercise later.

Well done for not gaining though. I remember weighing in during Jan last year and I think i put on about 5lbs over Christmas!
