Just put yourself on the Bob plan for a couple of days and gauging tonight should be absolutely fine :rotflmao:
 
Oooohhhh Thankyou Starlight. I am going to gauge everything that I eat tonight and then that will work out just fine. Today I have only had 2 slices of bread with corn beef and a packet of crisps so I should be fine for tonight hehe :rolleyes:

I will let Starlight explain the bob diet at some point as it is a bit difficult to follow!!!!!!

I went out again last night. We went to one of these 2 for 1 places and I stuffed my face again. The hole idea was to go out and then come home, Hmmmmm did'nt work, went for our meal then went to the local pub and ended up getting totally bladdered then coming home after midnight........

Needless to say we did'nt get up until 11.30 and we are both feeling the effects LOL!!!!!

But all in all it was a good night and I am really not looking forward to my wi tomorrow morning Oooooops. Oh well back to it today and work harder through the week!!! xx

NEW WEEK LOL

I have had my wi and I have put on 0.5 lbs, after the weekend I had not counting anything, pigging out like nobody's business and drinking the pub dry I am not surprised really.

I am not that disappointed as I had a good time and I can assure you now that I am back on track as of this morning and I am going to be good all week........xx
 
I have got to get back into it. I did really well last week and then faffed it up this week. I will be good this week I promise.

I am going to be busy this week sorting my house out as I have two of OH's friends coming to stay at the weekend that I have never met. They are two of his friends that he goes racing with and you know how it is get the house sorted and make a good impression LOL NOT.

Oh well I will do me best. They are arriving on Friday and leaving on sunday so a whole weekend with two strange men in my house. No smart comments on that please LOL.

Hope everyone else has managed to do better than what I have........:)
 
Saturday night we went to the Heart of England in Weedon, they do them 2 for 1 meals and it was lovely I had a chicken and bacon melt Oooops. Then we left there and went to the local pub in the village The White Hart. We were only going in for 1 then going home but it did'nt quite work like that LOL.

On Saturday as well we went and brought one of those big trampolines hehe. I was jumping about on that like a right idiot on Saturday night when we got back. All I can say is I am glad it was dark :D
 
Yeah your right the meals in there are really good. And it is a nice pub.

The trampoline is great fun and they burn all those unwanted calories but in my case this weekend I dont think I could have possibly burnt off all of them LOL.

I will be trying to use it regularly though to see if I can get down to my target quicker.

I am sooooo not down about only gaining 0.5 as I thought it would be a lot more than that........I'm a happy bunny and had a good weekend out of it BUT back to it today and no messing about LOL..........She says, if I was you I would get your A**e kicking boots ready I think I may need them LOL. xxxx
 
I do hope you have'nt got big feet LOL.......I promise I will get on that trampoline and I will eat properly ALL week and please dont kick me toooo hard LOL hehe :D
 
hi hun ive just been to charlie chalks in rugby and had steak and caramalised onion with chips and coleslaw and a dollop of majo any idea how much .I no it was naughty but enjoyed it ,how many would you count.If i dont point it i will use it as an excuse to binge lolxx
