Hi,to anyone who is kind enough to read :wave_cry:

After following SW for 2011, I managed to lose 16lbs ( I am a very slow loser). Seem to be a bit stuck now and I really want to get to target in 2012 so i've decided to give WW a try.

I joined on Thursday, however have been ill since,and haven't followed SW or WW since then :mad::mad:. I'm starting a diary with a food plan for tomorrow in the hope that it will make me stick to it. Once I have day one down i'm sure i'll be fine.

Monday 6th February (26 PP)

Skimmed Milk - Throughout the day I probably have around a pint if I have cereal - 5pp

Weetabix - 3pp

Banana - 0pp
Strawberries - 0pp

Tomato Soup (ww) - 2pp
Slice of bread (ww) - 2pp
Lite Spread - 2pp

Minibabybel lite x 2 -2pp
Cucumber & Tomato - 0pp

Salmon Fillet - 5pp
New Potatoes (150g) - 3pp
Roasted Veg
Onion, Mushroom, Peppers, Courgette, Aubergine, Tomatoes - 0pp

Weight Watchers Carrot Cake Slice - 2pp

26/26 for the day
I'm hoping to get on my treadmill tomorrow (sick bug permitting) but I won't be using activity points
Not using any weeklies as I have been so bad Fri/Sat &Sun.

Hopefully going to make my own soup later in the week & also got a few WW meals to try.

Would really appreciate any support/tips :)
