Hello :) even before I was veggie i did a mix of red and Green, mixes it up a bit doesn't it ! Mines always green now though! X

23 1/2syns....today wasn't much better...21syns! Don't ask!! This is my normal pattern...I call then my wild days!!

Some people like to live on the wild side;)

Sorry I've been quiet! I had a weekend of plan unintentionally... Went out for a few 'quiet' drinks with a long lost friend, I had planned to have 2 vodka and diet lemonades. It turned into 5 double rum and diet cokes and 1 single rum and diet coke... About 50syns eeeep. I lost control for sure! It was a great night Which turned into a 4am roll in the door. I did manage to say no to cheesy chips on the way home tho!! Spent Sunday feeling sorry for myself and had a few naughties tho. Annoyed at myself and have started today afresh. And its WI tonight.. Eeeeeeep!

Today's food:
Breakfast: raspberries, blueberries and strawberries with chopped banana with cuppa tea.

Lunch: crudités of carrot, mange tout and cucumber, baby tomatoes, 2 boiled eggs and 3 ryvita (1xheb) with 2 slices of kerry Low low (1xhea) salad cream (1syn)

Tea:

Snacks

Water intake

Total syns

I'll be back to update later! X

Clover hope you can pull back some today for your weigh in...I know it's hard socialising and not wanting to miss out. Good for you avoiding the cheesy chips!

Thanks for the quiche info...sadly I'm not a pasta person. It sounds like a frittata I make but use potatoes.

All the best for your weigh in tonight.

Well WI was 1.5lbs. I'm soooooo determined to get loads off this week, my mum is ahead of me now! He he. Hated paying for group knowing iv been bad and gained and having to discuss it at group makes it even worse!

Gonna try a success express week, never done it before so not sure how it will go!

Onwards and downwards!

Saying no to cheesy chips after all that rum in no mean achievement. Give yourself all the credit you deserve  Success Express is good, I've done that sometimes and combined it with a few vegetable soups for meals and had good losses.

I really wouldn't worry about it! I have found gains to be temporary on sw if you get back on it. The other weekend I went to a beer festival weekend and gained 5.5lb! It almost all came off the week after and now I'm another lb down too. I think fatal mistake number one is thinking off well I've gained now what's the point carrying on... Have a great week, up the super free and water :) xx

Thanks girls!

Yes im drinking lots of water. Scales this morning showed a sts so Im not too worried.

Today's food, week 3 day 1!

Breakfast: 2x weetabix (HEb) and skimmed milk (HEa) cuppa tea.

Lunch: eaten out again! Planned to have jacket potato.. But it wasn't an option! I took the best option of goats cheese and tomato tart (10?) with dry boiled pots, carrots and green beans, no sauce! While every other buggar had fish and chips! And dessert! I had a bite of Pavlova (4syns? Hate mostly berries)and stuck to a small skinny latte (hea)

Snack: fat free yogurt

Tea: new boiled pots, broad beans, carrot and swede mash and baked parsnips.

Total water: 1500ml so far + tea/coffee

Total syns: 14

Didn't end up doing a success express day! Will try for it tomorrow xxx

Hello :)
Do u have the SW books? If so, in the green/red plan book, there is a couple of pages about it.

Here's the web link for the minimins chat on it, also a nice simple explanation of it!
http://www.minimins.com/showthread.php?t=200528

Its basically ensuring each of the 3meals have 2/3 syperfree and the other 1/3 is free food. U can have the usual syns (10-15) but u have to count the higher syn value (so if u were having a synful sausage, u have to count it on the green plan so its more syns..) Also snacks should be super free or syn-free yogurts.

Hope that makes sense?! Have a look at the thread and itll be a bit clearer! I'm aiming for success express today so u could check my food later too :)
