Club 10

On the weight chart thingy online, it shows my start weight, club 10, and then goal.
It shows my line getting closer to the club 10 but can anyone tell me what this will be please. Do you get an award or anything for it? Spanx

Club 10 is that you have lost 10% of your bodyweight. I dont go to club, but i reckon you'll get a shiney and certificate for club 10

start weight divide by 100 x 10 = 10% of your body weight.

found it online.. my 10% is 11st5lb.. I think I've worked it out right

And you get a free week - after maintaining your club 10 for 10 weeks (I think it;s 10 weeks) you get a letter from HQ SW and you present this for your free week.
