Coconut oil/Milk

Hiya, Just wondering if anyone has tried coconut oil or coconut milk in there shakes? I have read on another forum that adding a tablespoon of coconut oil has helped to burn more whilst in ketosis. If anyone has tried this let me know how you got on! X
 
Never heard of this but sounds interesting! Might google and see. Surely it's quite high in calories though?

When I was on a low carb diet a bit of coconut oil kept halitosis away--has antibacterial and antifungal properties also, guess with CD we would have to consider how many calories a teaspoon would be. Definitely make ketosis more comfortable
 
I've not heard that before, I'd think it would just be extra calories? Check with CDC to be safe :)
