I'm just in from town, had a nice syn free brekkie before we headed out and at noon the coffee and cake pangs hit. We resisted (just) and headed home where I frantically made syn free salted caramel cappuccino (using HEA) and a 3 syn rice pudding I made the other night when I was feeling a bit Gordon Ramsay. Cannot believe we resisted! And I also can't believe my one year old insisted on polishing off half of my rice
