I gave caffeine up four weeks ago and now I don't miss it at all and feel much better for it.

Great article Jim.

I'm an addict, but I don't do it because I have to but I love the taste of fresh brewed coffee (I'm sure thats what the druggies say aswell :rolleyes:). I often go through periods of reducing my intake but it just seems to creep back up again :eek:

I've never liked coffee, though sometimes I've felt like I should when people go on about how amazing it is, and it smells so great.. :D
However, I love Red Bull! I have to stop myself from drinking it too much

I love a cup of strong black fresh brewed coffee, I don't drink it all the time as I can't sleep if I drink too many so nowadays I save it for a treat, and have maybe 2 a week.
