Coffee Shops

I'm looking for some advice.
As a new mum I'm finding myself in coffee shops regularly to feed, I am constantly surrounded by cake!
I'm looking for ideas of snacks and things from coffee shops that I can have without blowing a weeks worth of syns.
Any ideas? :confused:
