Focused & goin for goal!
Hi. Weighed in at 10st 3.75 on monday, gone beck up to 10st 4.75 this morning. Have stuck to the CD1000 and have been good so souldnt have gained weight.
Only thing I can think of is that it is an apparent weight gain as I dont think ive eaten anything bad. Maybe it is water retention? I did have quite a few cups of decaf coffee yesterday (maybe 6-7 ). Could it be that? Is it the actual coffee or the caffeine which causes water retention? Also because I was drinking more coffee, I haven't drank as much water as I should.
Today I've cut right down and had 2 half sized cups and a regular cup. I will be looking for a good result tomorrow
