Coke Zero?

Has anyone found that coke zero knocks them out of ketosis?? I bought some thisafternoon to keep in the fridge, so that when i am having a bad day i can have something as a treat but nothing thats going to ruin the diet........wondered if anyone had had any problems with it?

my councillor said it was fine to have up to 660mls a day - ie 2 cans... but ive stuck to one. a few people have said fanta and sprite zero have knocked them out coz of the citric acid. also dr pepper zero is fine too
