Coke zero

Some advice needed please , i have read on other vlcd, that coke zero is ok Has anyone tried it or affected them ??

I did Cambridge for ages and lots a lot of weight, coke zero got me through BUT it is not recommended x

I am the same as toomuch - I drink both coke zero and dr. pepper zero and only have a can. I try not to have it EVERY day but it has never affected my weight losses.

Coke zero currently on offer in Sainsburys - 8 cans for £2.80 or near that price - I stocked up earlier today

My consultant told me to avoid these drinks but as I mentioned about heading to the pub this week she said the best thing to drink is diet coke!

I'd avoid diet coke its coke zero you should drink instead its because all the other coke have citric acid in which can bring you out of ketosis I have coke zero de pepper zero and there are some other drinks which don't have Citric acid
