Cold meat.. syn or free???

    hey new to sw and just wondering if wafer thin honey roast ham(like the packs you get in asda and tesco) is free or syns on a red day???

    They are syn free, ham, chicken, pork , pastrami, just not stuff like corned beef etc

    I think it's dependant on how much meat is in the meat if you get me. Eg I think some of the value range ham's have 1/2 or 1 syn a pack, however any good quality cold meats are free.
    I think you have to watch out for meats that are less than 80% meat.

    and avoid processed meats like spam/luncheon meats as they have syns.

    Thanks so much ladies. don't like processed meat or corned beef. yeah vikki123 i know what you mean.
    am not that much of a meat eater so dont have many red days as i can only eat so much chicken/mince/beef. but being able to have the cold meat is great as i can have that as part or a meal too. xx
