Why not cook up a Batchelors Pasta n Sauce, (or other makes), and let them go cold! They are lovely like this, I take these to work. Usually a chicken & mushroom one, or tomato & onion, but they all taste great cold. Some flavours have syns, so do check beforehand. I often roast peppers, onions, mushrooms, courgettes, tomatoes etc, let them cool, then freeze them. Then I can break off hunks of them, thaw then mix into the cold pasta sauce. Yum!
