Colda pasta sauce ideas

Just doing some pasta to take to work tomorrow I'm hoping u lovely s/wers will be able to give me some ideas what sauce I can make to go with it a cold one I can do pleaseeeee xx

I am taking a pasta salad in to work for the next few days. I have added chopped red pepper, chopped red onion and sweetcorn to cold pasta and will add soe cold chicken tomorrow morning and a dollop of LF Salad cream too.

A friend does a pasta salad but using passata and eats it cold.

Why not cook up a Batchelors Pasta n Sauce, (or other makes), and let them go cold! They are lovely like this, I take these to work. Usually a chicken & mushroom one, or tomato & onion, but they all taste great cold. Some flavours have syns, so do check beforehand. I often roast peppers, onions, mushrooms, courgettes, tomatoes etc, let them cool, then freeze them. Then I can break off hunks of them, thaw then mix into the cold pasta sauce. Yum!

I use low fat creme fraiche with lots of black pepper and squeeze of lemon juice or add some chilli for a kick.
