Just joined this board and it is great, really motivated me. I have been doing SW for 2 weeks now. Great plan, I see that people have been doing food diaries so I will have a go too.
GREEN DAY - Fri 7 Jan 2011
Breakfast - 2 x alpen light bars (HEB), banana, activia fat free, tea with sweetner and satsuma
Lunch - potato and quorn sausages with gravy(2 SYNS), diluting juice
snack - fruit of various kinds
Dinner - 2 x small baked potatoes with beans and low fat cheese (HEA), water
snack - more fruit and cup of tea, biscuit (4 syns)
