Hello everyone

Well I have tried every diet going and either failed at them or lost the weight only to pile it back on again when I stop the diet, so I think that this approach is the way forward for me!

I am currently 37 weeks pregnant and can't wait any longer to get onto some sort of regimented plan. I thought as you shouldn't "diet" whilst pregnant, eating healthier more nourishing foods but a bit less of them can only do me and baby good at this point!

Anyway, I don't know what my actual starting weight is at the moment because obviously it's not all me, but I'm going to be monitoring my weight for the next few weeks and then when baby arrives I will adjust my stats and make a start from there :D I'm just looking forward to feeling healthier and easing myself in over the next few weeks ready for the serious weight loss when I'm given the all clear to do so.

Hubby is also going to be eating the same way as me as he too wants to lose a couple of stones and we will find it easier doing so together...I'm so excited (and a bit sad lol)

Thank you HappyEm I must say it feels good knowing I'm making a healthy start on the baby weight issue.
I've been sat for the past hour planning what I can have for lunches/teas as of tomorrow.
