Rose i did ss+ for my 13th week, i chose ss+ as i didnt want to come out of ketosis just yet, couldnt face feeling hungry, which could happen on 810, good luck with whatever you decide. Dont worry about the eating, it was lovely to sit down and have a meal with family, even is it was small, but also found coming back to ss quite easy, and havent missed the food since.

Yes I'm very worried about eating-I'd really rather not to be honest.I have this horrible feeling that once I start I won't be able to stop :(

Hey Rose..
Please dont be nervous about it.. I can only tell you I was exactly the same as you... and I have just done my week and I was 100% doing it stayed in ketosis and Im going to carry on with it for now.
So try not to worry as it really is fine. and it is nice to be able to sit down at a table .. i went out for dinner twice and it was so nice.. and kept to it 100% xxx

I thought the same as you, that once I started I wouldn't be able to stop, but I didn't have a problem going back to SS afterwards, and it was nice to have the break and now I dont fancy food which I did before I did the SS+. My CDC gave me the choice of either SS+ or 810 and I chose SS+.
