Hi everyone for those of you who read my post yesterday when I was a bit disappointed at only losing 2lb, well I've just come back from aerobics on an absolute high several compliments on the weightloss and that I look really well, it has really boosted me.My aerobic istructor asked me what diet I was doing but I was a bit reluctant to say until she explained that her sister has been told she is mobidly obese and needs to do something about it, so I bit the bullet and started spouting about LT gave her this website and suggested her sister have a look and see what she thinks, having been in her situation about 5 wks ago I can really relate so I hope she comes and joins us all on this wonderful journey that we have all decded to take for one reason or another.
Sorry if this is a bit to deep but I really really beleive this is the way to go and wish more Doctors would take it on board.

Good on you for telling her about the diet. I've been reluctant about opening my mouth as I get "WHAT your not eating, surely thats bad for you" I think more people should be aware of it and I think doctors should consider using it more rather than drastic surgery and gastric bands etc etc...If you think about it the doctors always say there is a risk you could die going for surgery when you're so obese surely this diet would stop all that panic. Makes sense but the doctors are blah and set in there ways I suppose.
