    Hello

I was really hungry at lunch & made a plate of Gluten free pasta mixed with sauce (3 syns) & half a plate of SW chips.

The syn value of the meal was 3 syns.

I felt sooo stuffed afterwards. Im concerned that this might sabotage my loss this week. I realise that the food was fairly low in syns but I ate a lot of it.

Advice or comments are welcome :)

Well, apart from the fact that there were no vegetables or fruit as part of this lunch, I can't see the problem.

You were hungry, you ate low-syn food - maybe you shouldn't have eaten quite so much, if you felt stuffed, but it doesn't seem like the end of the world to me.

Avisk is right, apart from the lack of vegetables, there is no reason why this meal should jeopardise your weight loss this week.
