I was really hungry at lunch & made a plate of Gluten free pasta mixed with sauce (3 syns) & half a plate of SW chips.
The syn value of the meal was 3 syns.
I felt sooo stuffed afterwards. Im concerned that this might sabotage my loss this week. I realise that the food was fairly low in syns but I ate a lot of it.
Advice or comments are welcome
