Joined here on Monday, full of good intentions, and like so many people on here, finding it difficult to get to day 3.

Yesterday, at the end of day 2, I was so hungry, out came the cheese......
My weight this morning? I'm back to the beginning.:cry::cry::cry:

And looking at this forum, it seems full of people starting and restarting............

HELP :break_diet:

something like cheese shouldn't have taken you out of ketosis, just keep going with the packs and hopefully in a day or two you'll be feeling better. It's a big decision to make to move to total food replacement, and your body, let alone your mind goes through withdrawal. If you can stick with it, and just keep on the packs, by the time you get to day 7 you'll be really pleased when you step on the scales :) Your weight is likely to fluctuate a bit day to day anyway, so I wouldn't get too worried by the reading on day 3.

The trick is to just keep going........... if you have a bit of cheese, forget it and move on don't give up! Good luck, it does get easier :)
