Confused about healthy extras!

Hi all, I usually do extra easy, but as I don't tend to eat alot of meat I thought it might make more sense to do green days, so I can have more hex. I've been looking at the food diaries and most people only have 3 hex, I thought you could have 4 on green days?!! Am I right or wrong? Thank you!
 
i'm very new to this so dont quote me! But i believe on green days you have 2 healthy extra Bs and 1 OR 2 A choices xx
 
I am vegan and only have a choice of soya milk for the healthy A so strictly speaking I suppose I could have twice as much - but that is right you can have 1 or 2 of the A and 2 of the B.
 
Yes - on green or red - EE is only one of each

By the way I pretty sure there are soya cheeses on the HE list as well
 
MargyParker - do you only do green days? Is there much point in doing extra easy if you are vegan or vegetarian, because as far as I can see the only difference is the amount of healthy extras?!
 
Yep - 4 slices Galaxy Foods cheddar or mozzarella vegan soya slices

There may be others but you will need to check the website

I have never even heard of those - I will check out body optimise for galaxy foods - then I will just have to find out where to get them from and hope to goodness they dont taste like poo!:eek:
