so I am on day 5 and have lost 8lb so far
and just wanted to ask a few quick questions, I am still getting horrid cravings and tummy rumbles all of the time and thought this would have vanished by now?
Also I am confused about ketosis, for example today i could not stomach a shake as I had an upset tummy so I had a small tin of tuna - is this ok? I have read some people have fish/chicken/veg etc as this does not bring them out of ketosis but what foods do bring you out of it?
