Confused about ketosis

hey guys

so I am on day 5 and have lost 8lb so far :D and just wanted to ask a few quick questions, I am still getting horrid cravings and tummy rumbles all of the time and thought this would have vanished by now?

Also I am confused about ketosis, for example today i could not stomach a shake as I had an upset tummy so I had a small tin of tuna - is this ok? I have read some people have fish/chicken/veg etc as this does not bring them out of ketosis but what foods do bring you out of it?

Sadly the cravings dont always go away and youll still feel hungry from time to time too :(

Tuna is ok to have but you have to have your shakes as well. You cant have it in place of a shake, it has to be as well as your 3 shakes/soups etc

Anything with carbs will kick you out of ketosis
 
Thank you - yep i know i have to have my shakes (As they give me all of the nutrients etc I need but i just could not stomach my lunch time one today so had tuna instead) it was nice to have a wee change!

i have read a a lot of people have coke zero as this is okay?
