    hi all,
i just wanted to kindly ask if cdcs are supposed to charge for the combined cambridge book i.e (the yellow book called weight care with cambridge) it seems to have all the steps. and also is this the current book or is there a new one?
am really sorry for asking but my cdcs sound clueless and even though i needed to move up the plans she told me i dont have to regardless of my BMI.

    thanks all

You do need to move up the plans once your bmi reaches 25 otherwise you start to burn muscle instead of fat.... my CDC did charge for my yellow book (I guess it is CDC preference whether they do or not as some charge more for product too) but there is a new book coming out over the next week (which will also be charged for), so if you dont have the yellow one hang on for this one.... hope this helps..

I went up the steps one stone before you reach BMI of 25 to stop muscle loss.

You don't have to go up until you reach a BMI of 25 x
