Confused over mayo!

How many syns is one tbsp of extra light Helmans mayo? It says 10 calories which I thought was 0.5 syns as 1 syn=20 calls but my book says its 1 syn per tbsp??

Hellmann's Lighter-than-light is indeed 0.5 syns per level tbsp. So are Aldi and Lidl versions - all have a pale lilac label. I'm not sure why the book says that, maybe the recipe has changed since it was published?

Do you mean the food optimising book? If so then that only gives average syn values. For brand specific syn values you need to look them up online
