confused please help???

Im currently on cambridge diet and really struggling. Its :confused:more the social aspect thats getting me down. I want to try and loose a fair bit of weight for summer and i no cambridge diet works and quickly but you are not really ment to excersice on it. I was thinking of changing to sw as a friend is on it and thinks its great.

Could anybody please tell me roughly what the average weely loss is on sw?

The recommended healthy weight loss is 1lb-2lb a week. It's not worth aiming for more as the moment you stop it will pile back on again.

People do lose more each week on SW but usually only if they have loads to lose and have followed it to the letter.
