Im currently on cambridge diet and really struggling. Its more the social aspect thats getting me down. I want to try and loose a fair bit of weight for summer and i no cambridge diet works and quickly but you are not really ment to excersice on it. I was thinking of changing to sw as a friend is on it and thinks its great.
Could anybody please tell me roughly what the average weely loss is on sw?
