:confused::confused: really confused about weight conversion (converting lbs to stones) i googled this and have looked on 3 different sites and they say different things 2 sites and the converter on my phone say 165lb is 11.785714215 but another one says its 11st 11
which one is right and why do they say different:confused::confused:

Hiya 165lbs if 11 stone and 11lbs. Think the difference is between english and american conversions.

there are 14lbs in 1 stone

14 X 11 stone = 154 lbs
165 - 154 = 11lbs

thanks for that is weird though as one of the sites has been converted to UK stone and its still coming out as 11.785 very strange

I had that this morning!! I just went with 14 lbs in a stone and stuck with that! x

11.785714215 is the same as 11st 11lbs

3/4 of something is 0.75, 11lbs is just over 3/4 of a stone.

WOW thats way to much for my head to take in lol think i will stick to 14lbs in a stone method and steer clear of the conversion sites ha ha
