Extra Easy Confused!!

    Hi All,

    Just wondering can anyone explain to me how the Birds Eye Simply Salmon(in a herb and butter Sauce/ in a garlic and herb crumb top) is syn free but the Baked to Perfection Cod in a parsley and butter sauce has 4syns???? Just a bit confused by this as they are pretty much the same are they not?? :confused:

    Ok here are the ingredients:
    4 SYNS
    Baked to Perfection Cod with a parsley and butter sauce-Cod Fillet (85%), Parsley Butter Sauce (15%).
    Parsley Butter Sauce:
    Butter (52%), Water, Parsley (5%), Salt, Rice Starch, Vegetable Oil, Natural Emulsifier(Sunflower Lecithin), Fish Gelatine, Natural Flavourings, Lemon Extract.
    FREE
    Baked to Perfection Wild Pink Salmon with a lemon and herb butter sauce-Wild Pink Salmon Fillet (85%), Lemon & Herb Butter Sauce (15%).
    Lemon & Herb Butter Sauce:
    Butter (51%), Water, Dill (5%), Vegetable Oil, Salt, Rice Starch, Natural Emulsifier (Sunflower Lecithin)#, Fish Gelatine, Black Pepper, Lemon Extract.

    #Lecithin is used to help the butter blend with the fish juices on cooking, it is a natural material found in many traditional food ingredients

    Both of these products are based on a 280g Pack of Two.
