hi everyone, i'm trying to find out how many syns are in the packets of chicken breast slices at morrisons... i looked it up on the website and it came up with this:

Tikka Chicken Breast Slices, Ready to Eat, chilled, 150g pack

½

½

10½

So would this mean that it is 1/2 syn for the whole packet, or 1/2 syn for a certain portion??

1/2 for 150g pack, is the pack 150g? If so that for all of it!
