Confused!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    My pal who did cd dropped off some of the stock powder stuff they sell as she had a spare tub of it. I looked at the ingredients and has citric acid in it not to mention glucose and fructose. So how is this ok for cd followers to take coz a teaspoon of bovril has NONE of those things in it!!!!! It is marginally higher in salt.
    Kinda makes me think that it's a bit of a marketing ploy.
    Any thoughts?

    hmmm.that is interesting. As much as I love LT and Cd I'm not naive enough to think there isn't some creative marketing done in order to maximise profits. That said I wouldn't be about to mess with it. Just in case. :D
