Hello all

I'm considering doing a small stint of s&s to kickstart some weight loss before Xmas, I'm thinking is the taster pack but should i do 3 or 4 meals a day I only want to loose 12-14lbs but I need something to kickstart me as I'm fed up with extreme slow loses and end up getting bored and going off track.

Any advice? I'm a nurse so my jobs pretty hectic and I only get small breaks so the easier the better really
 
The weight loss is pretty much the same either way, and most of us mix and match. For ease, I mainly do 4 packs, it is quick, simple and requires virtually no weighing (I know what 200g of veg looks like now!). Good luck
