Yeah it's normal apparently. I don't do as often as I used to. Apparently upping the fat content of your food eases it a little bit - other than that, not sure. Maybe try some laxatives?

i only go every couple of days, but funnily enough have NO pain what so ever in my tummy like i used to when i ate before atkins :D

Into my third week and ive had a movement a week so far nothing for week three tho so just stewed some Rhubarb, hope it holds on til after my kickboxing class tho....
