Constipation

I only go about every 3 days, just not the rubbish in our systems to get rid of.
I have suffered but like others said it does get better as your body adapts, just continue what your doing and go for natural meds if necessary xx

Rhubarb helps a lot and is a tolerated food. Cook with Splenda or similar of course. You may not find fresh any more as season is over, but I've heard that you can get frozen in Iceland and one or two other freezer places. Obviously not tinned as added sugar.
