Hello, I am thinking of converting to WW propoints from calorie counting. I just want a change as I am becoming a bit restless with it.
However, I am worried incase I get a gain as I would usually count the calories in fruit and veg, but in WW you don't so I will be uping my calorie intake quite a bit. I usually try to eat 1100-1300 calories plus I exercise on top on that.
Has anyone been in the same situation as me or has any advice?
I've worked out my daily allowance would be 19... and weeklies would be 35. I'll also be doing this on my own.
