cook from frozen chicken strips?

Not sure if anyone has seen these but in farm foods they have cook from frozen chicken strips and was wondering if these are syned? Can anyone help?

I don't know anything about Farm Foods products, but have you read the list of ingredients on the label? If it is just chicken, frozen, then it will be free if there is no visible fat. If there are other ingredients, then there will be syns.
