Cookery school

I was wondering if anyone fancies doing one. Basically,

• you pick whether its starter, main course or dessert.
• You list the ingrediants and how much it costs approx.
• You take pictures as you go, and give the recipe.
• You post them in a thread of their own, with the title "<insert dish> - cookery school"
• Give syn value on chosen day (red, green, ee) and list it.

You would just pm me, and tell me what dish you're going to make so no one does the same thing, and i'll reference it all in one thread.. I've seen it done on another forum and its so fab. Just an idea anyways.

I'll join too please, if i'd have found this thread earlier I would have posted step by step details for Morroccan Chicken and Couscous .... Thanx to Joanna25 who posted this beautiful recipe in the beginning
